 | Vander Meer’s Wildland Conservation Services Education/Training Mark watches closely as a student learns to use a chainsaw. He taught a beginning chainsaw class to a group of Wild Rockies Field Institute students in summer 2004. We bridge the gap between current ecological concepts and on-the-ground restoration work. We have trained landowners, agency personnel, families, nonprofit groups and college students.
